How do we sign the contract?
You have several options for signing the contract with us, depending on what works best for you. We can send it via Docusign for a quick and easy electronic signature, where all parties on the title can sign digitally, and we’ll receive the completed contract immediately. If you prefer, we can send a PDF version for you to print, sign, and scan back to us. Alternatively, we can mail the contract to you, allowing you to sign and return it at your convenience. Let us know which option you’re most comfortable with!
How long does it take to close and get the money?
We will put 45 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.
How do we come up with our cash offers?
We provide a market-value cash offer based on current listings of similar properties in the area. Unlike other investors and cash buyers, our goal is to offer a fair and competitive price, often at or above market value, giving sellers a strong advantage over traditional realtor listings.
